Founded in Fall 2024, the AACC Graduate Student Network is a space led by and for graduate students. The AACC Graduate Network is dedicated to fostering a vibrant community for AANHPI grad students at Illinois. Aimed at addressing the unique needs and experiences of AANHPI grad students on our campus, we host monthly events that facilitate meaningful connections and cultivate collective care through community.
Our goals:
- Recognize shared identities and experiences among graduate students, from a pan-Asian lens
- Provide a platform to discuss academic and cultural challenges, fostering mutual support
- Cultivate spaces of belonging through cultural experiences that celebrate our heritage and communities
